There is a type stainless steel tube called centrifugal casting

There are several manufacturing processes of stainless steel tube and there is the one called centrifugal casting.  Centrifugal casting is the technique we apply for producing stainless steel tubes and special alloy tubes.

The stainless steel tube manufactured by centrifugal casting must be hollow, therefore hollow bar means centrifugally cast tube for most of time.

The stainless steel tube manufactured by centrifugal casting is the seamless tube of one-piece construction.  The cooling from outside to inside causes the uniform solidification.  Thus, there is without porosity of the stainless steel tube by centrifugal casting.  The stainless steel tube manufactured by centrifugal casting is a fine casting indeed.

In general, the stainless steel tube manufactured by centrifugal casting is without standard specification and the manufacturing process is flexible.  We are able to manufacture the stainless steel tube with the outer diameter to 600mm and the minimum outer diameter is around 50mm. The maximum length we are able to reach is around 4,000mm.

Stainless steel is often produced by centrifugal casting.  From SS304, SS316 to heat-resistant alloys for example HK, HU, HF, HH…etc and other high grade stainless steel including stainless steel duplex, 17-4PH and Nickel-based alloys, these materials are what we could produce.

There is a type of stainless steel tube called heat-resistant tube

SS310 is with the feature of heat-resistance.  However, we prefer producing heat-resistant alloys if the stainless steel tube should work in the high temperature environment for a long period.

Heat-resistant tube is what we continue developing.  The stainless steel tubes with high and stable quality of HK, HK40, HU, HH and HP MOD are what we manufacture often.  Since the large demands of heat-resistant tubes of our local customers, we have researched and developed higher grade heat-resistant stainless steel tubes in the recent years.  800H is the one we developed successfully.

The stainless steel tube manufactured by centrifugal casting is able to be roller.  We produce rollers based on customer’s requirements including the load weight and working environment.  Customer’s special demands are the key for choosing the right material for rollers.

There is a type of stainless steel tube called bushing

Bushing is made and cut from the stainless steel tube manufactured by centrifugal casting.  The wear-resistant alloys and high hardness alloys are often chosen for the short stainless steel tubes.  For instance, 17-4PH stainless steel.

The stainless steel ring for industries are cut and machined from stainless steel tube.

Afin ring is the centrifugally cast product we have produced until today.  The ring is connected with the aluminum piston of diesel engine.  Customers need aflin rings made in Taiwan for high grade pistons. Therefore, we’ve supplied alifn rings for the local piston factories which have the demands for several years.

In addition to automotive industry, stainless steel rings are applied in a variety of machines and oil gas industries a lot.  Sometimes, we call stainless steel ring as stainless steel plate based on the special shapes and wide diameters.  Next time you see the stainless steel ring or stainless steel plate with very fine surface, that could be produced by centrifugal casting technique.
