(D-2M tubes manufactured by centrifugal casting was delivered to Denmark)

Ni-resist D-2M tubes are what we developed by centrifugal casting for one of our Danish customers. This customer needed our D-2M centrifugally cast tubes to do the tests for their new pumps.  D-2M is the good material for being used under the low temperature.  Its mechanical properties will not be affected from ambient temperatures to the low temperatures. Therefore, D-2M is top material applied in cryogenic services.

D-2M belongs to spheroidal graphite alloy that is different from Ni-resist 1 alloy we produce often.  Both spheroidal graphite and flake graphite alloys are the family members of Ni-resist cast iron with austenitic structures. The two groups have the similar chemical compositions except the copper containing ones.
