In addition to sleeve bushings, flanged bushings are also the products of centrifugal casting we produce frequently.

The symmetrical and cylindrical components with flanges are called flanged bushings, they are able to deal with combined loads. 

The typical materials of flanged bushings we manufacture are stainless steel 300 series ( 304 316), 400 series(440C), 17-4PH and Inconel 718. 

The dimensions we could produce is OD > 50 mm. 

The customization and the flexibility of order quantity are the advantages of centrifugal casting. Therefore, we could provide you the flanged bushings that are not in the spec. products.  Centrifugal casting is the good technique able to manufacture various flanged bushings from common to unique applications indeed.
