For us, the heat-resistant furnace rollers should move smoothly, support the heavier load and resist creep and oxidation under the high temperature for a long time.  And the heat-resistant furnace rollers should be manufactured by one-piece construction technique, centrifugal casting!


LAWAI’s RA330 (Alloy 330, SS 330) heat-resistant furnace rollers are suitable for using in high temperature environment. Although 330 was not formulated espcially for casting, centrifugal casting is still able to cast wrought grade. 


Centrifugal casting is used to produce custom products.  Once customers send us the drawings and requirements, we will produce the RA 330 ( Alloy 330, SS 330) heat-resistant furnace rollers with the exact dimensions.

The outer diameter larger than 50 mm is what we usually do.
