The CB7Cu-2 / 15-5PH seamless steel tubes manufactured by centrifugal casting technique at LAWAI are with fine grain structures and without the porosities. The technique is far different from the sand casting and the mechanical properties of centrifugal castings are almost equal to forging.  This is why centrifugal casting is called liquid forging. 

Each CB7Cu-2 / 15-5PH tube produced at LAWAI is customized based on customer’s drawing and special requirements.
